I just put in the git repository some documentation
explaining how to add a new option to Xace. It's in
$GOBO/doc/tools/new_xace_options.html.

As a way to be sure that nothing was missing, I also
implemented the new option 'syntax' while writing the
documentation. It is also available in the git repository.
