KL_EXECUTION_ENVIRONMENT does not inherit from EXECUTION_ENVIRONMENT anymore.

Hello,

As of GOBO 3.9, KL_EXECUTION_ENVIRONMENT inherits from
EXECUTION_ENVIRONMENT.
The features 'put' and 'launch' are accessible.

On the trunk, KL_EXECUTION_ENVIRONMENT uses delegation.

How can we use the 'put' and 'launch' features?
Are they available in other gobo classes?
