Which version of Gobo does compile out-of-the-box with ISE 6.7 ?

Which version of Gobo does compile out-of-the-box with ISE 6.7 ?
Version 3.9 does not.
 
Which version should I choose? 
I favor a version from the Gobo repository instead of the one packed by
ISE.
