Hi Howard,

I think that the problems comes form the fact that when compiling
with gec, it uses the non-void-safe version of EiffelBase.
And EiffelVision2 from $ISE_EIFFEL/library/vision2 is not meant
to be compiled against this version of EiffelBase. You should
try to use the version from $ISE_EIFFEL/compatible/library/vision2
instead.
