[POLL] Change Gobo bootstrap scripts to CMake

Dear Gobo Eiffel users,

I would like to discuss about an experimental patch for Gobo. Instead to 
use batch or sh scripts to bootstrap Gobo, I propose to use the CMake 
builder tool to manage this part (bootstrap only, not C code generated 
by GEC - for the moment -). Eric recommended me to asking to the Gobo 
Eiffel community/developpers what you think about this potential
