Hi All,

As there is a library.ecf for void safe programs, how about adding a
library-unsafe.ecf? I have a bunch ready in case this is a good idea.

Still haven't switched to void safe, but have decided to switch to ecf
(and the days of trouble getting things to compile for no gain in output).
