In 3.3, you need to install an XSLT 1.0 processor. You have the choice of xsltproc, XALAN-J or XALAN-C. In CVS, it is much more complicated :-) Most of the documentation can be built using gexslt. So the first step is to cd $GOBO/src/gexslt; geant compile. However, this will not work with SE 2.1 at present (the bug is under active investigation). SE 1.0 works OK. However, some of the documentation still requires the old method, and some uses DocBook (but it's distributed within CVS).
