msc compilation issue XM_UNICODE_CHARACTERS_1_0.is_combining_char

Hello,

When I try to compile a system (ERL-G) that includes class
XM_UNICODE_CHARACTERS_1_0, I got the following C compilation error:

c:\erl_g\bin\EIFGEN\F_code\C3\xm280.x(24) : fatal error C1013:
compiler limit :
too many open parentheses

This happens on windows using ISE eiffel/msc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
