SourceForge has experienced some problems with their CVS servers
for the last couple of weeks:
http://sourceforge.net/docman/display_doc.php?docid=2352&group_id=1
The developer access to CVS seems to work fine now, however the
anonymous access is not in sync and corresponds to an older version.
I have no idea when this will be fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
In the meantime I will investigate SourceForge's Subversion offering.
