I don't think there's any need for dual-licensing.

On OSI's page for the BSD license they write:

   "the new BSD license is thus equivalent to the MIT License,
    except for the no-endorsement final clause."

In Karl Fogel's book "Producing Open Source Software" he points out that
the no-endorsement final clause is essentially a no-op because you get
that by default under trademark law:

   "It's not clear that without such a clause, a recipient of
    the software would have had the right to use the licensor's
    name anyway ... a liberal copyright license does not imply
    that recipients have any right to use or dilute your
    trademarks — copyright law and trademark law are two
    different beasts."

Anyway, EFL2 doesn't have a no-endorsement clause, so the lack of such a
clause in MIT shouldn't cause any problems.
