Argument parser documentation

Hi,

I have added the first two chapters of the documentation of the argument
parsing library to CVS. It would be nice if anybody could have a look at
it and tell me if it is understandable and useful. Also, please have a
look at the tentative ToC and tell me if you think any chapters are
missing.

I hope to finish the rest of the documentation with the next week.
