Almost. (Regular expressions aren't implemented properly yet, and
Franck is three years late fixing his bits).
 
It will be if Franck can learn to get out of bed before noon.

No, there are two others. One for java and .NET, and one for Windows.

It is the only native implementation for Linux, MacOSX (ppc) and DragonFly.
