Hi,

I tried to compile tecomp_0_2 under Debian Linux. It gives the following error:

../../src/class/class_collection.h: At global scope:
../../src/class/class_collection.h:305: error: multiple parameters named 'b'

I'm agree with you that a full Eiffel is better. But I can not use tecomp in my application because
1. It is not designed to be embedded into other applications. Most of my applicaion is already written in Eiffel, part of it written in C.
2. During execution of the application, compilation then restart the scripts is not allowed. So even when tecomp is used to build the application, another scripting language is still needed.
3. The license issue.

I'm using a small FORTH language as my application's scripting language, not good, but at least I can input new commands to correct the behavior of the application when the application is running. I don't think a full Eiffel can achieve this. I've a plan to write a code generator, based on GOBO's c generator, using FORTH's virtual machine as target. Because of the complexity of full Eiffel i'm afraid that this may result in a scripting language larger than my application.
