This is the consequence of the effort to try to support ECF in Gobo,
and hence the notion of libraries as specified in ECF. As a consequence
*UNVIVERSE* classes have been renamed as *SYSTEM*, and *UNIVERSE* is
now a common ancestor of *SYSTEM* and *LIBRARY*.

So, ET_XACE_UNIVERSE_PARSER is now called ET_XACE_SYSTEM_PARSER, and
ET_XACE_UNIVERSE is now called ET_XACE_SYSTEM:
