Free ELKS - {ROUTINE}.closed_operands signature

Hi,

I'm trying to compile a project using gec but I've got the following error:

[GVKFE-3] class ROUTINE (131,9): attribute `closed_operands' in kernel class ROUTINE has not the expected type 'detachable TUPLE'.

When I take a look at $GOBO/library/free_elks/kernel/routine.e, I see that the signature of closed_operands is
frozen closed_operands: TUPLE
which is indeed not detachable

When I can change the signature to 
frozen closed_operands: detachable TUPLE
it compiles fine.

However, I'm not sure this is the right approach to manually change this file as the $GOBO/library/free_elks is synced from the SourceForge SVN repository (at least, that's what I understand when I browse the Git history and I see commit messages like these : "Synchronized with FreeELKS svn#410").

The last synchronization dates from 2010-01-10 (https://github.com/gobo-eiffel/gobo/commit/e8636ff10a5fcd96b57c24efcd3c57b8fe9063dc).
When I take a look at the SourceForge SVN repository, the signature of {ROUTINE}.closed_operands is
frozen closed_operands: detachable TUPLE

What about a new sync ?
