Now I've got another error:

[GVKBS] class PROCEDURE (24,2): built-in routine `call' in class PROCEDURE has not the expected signature 'call (OPEN_ARGS)'.

Indeed, {PROCEDURE}.call has the signature 
call (args: detachable OPEN_ARGS)

I narrowed down the error in the gec source code to {ET_BUILTIN_FEATURE_CHECKER}.check_builtin_procedure_procedure_validity but I don't really know how to fix it.

Seems I need some more help...
