I indeed got the same problem when I compiled your program. But
when I regenerated the scanner class from the .l file, some of
the generated arrays looked slightly different. I recompiled
and the problem seems to have disappeared. I don't know when
you compiled gelex.exe, but it looks like a bug has been fixed
since then. So I would suggest that you get a latest version of
the code from the git repository and then recompile gelex.
