No problems compiling and running. Runs very stable (it's daemon, so
runs continually).

To compile this you need:

1. https://github.com/berenddeboer/aws-eiffel

   Environment variable: AWS_EIFFEL

   See src/varnish_to_cloudwatch/build.eant

2. https://github.com/berenddeboer/jrs

   Environment variable JRS

3. https://github.com/berenddeboer/eposix

   Environment variable EPOSIX, after clone configure with:

     ./configure --with-compiler=ge --prefix=$EPOSIX/libs
     make install
