To make it work you have to compile eiffel-iup.c to a .lib, .obj
(or equivalent in Linux), and tell the ECF file to link with this
file. I don't think Gobo or EiffelStudio can "embed" (not to use
the word "include") a C file within the generated C code.

Alternatively, you can copy/paste the code of the functions implemented
in your eiffel-iup.c file in Eiffel code using external routines of the
form:

    f
       external
          "C inline use %"eiffel-iup.h%""
       alias
          "[
              some C code here
              and there
           ]"
       end
