Presumably the phrase "provided this header is kept unaltered" also has
to go, because the header is not be kept unaltered in the generated C
code.

The MIT/X license would be excellent because:

(1) It's obvious that it's problem-free.
(2) It's well-known.

The Eiffel Forum License version 2 is fine too, but it's not well known
outside of the Eiffel community.
