I didn't devise yet a method to put the germ in the git repo, because
the germ is not there in our CVS repo. I'll find a way to make the
repository self-sufficient.

The tools organization changed very recently. All the main classes are
under SmartEiffel/tools/commands.

But it should be transparent since everything is in
SmartEiffel/tools/loadpath.se...
