Release 2-2 beta2 for windows.

I have uploaded a fresh Windows intaller: SmartEiffel-2-2-beta2.exe
which is available as usual in:

http://smarteiffel.loria.fr/general/download.html

it works on my laptop on Windows 2000. Please, can someone confirm here
that this SmartEiffel-2-2-beta2.exe works on your Windows box too ?
Do not forget to indicate the kind of Windows you are running.
Be sure to have administrator priviledges before clicking
on SmartEiffel-2-2-beta2.exe.

Following Roger Brown comments about the size of this new delivery,
I think I have now a good trade off: eiffeldoc pages for tools
are no longer part of the local delivery (there is a hard link
to http://smarteiffel.loria.fr/tools/index.html).
Pages of http://smarteiffel.loria.fr/libraries/index.html
are still in the delivery.

I have also refreshed all other SmartEiffel-2-2-beta2.* files
according to the last decision about size reduction.
This does not fix the recent problem reported for Mac OS X 10.4.
