As mentioned in the wiki, we will try to implement a SCOOP like 
mechanism in the futur (no date scheduled).
Do not count on us to add threads in Eiffel.
That said, if you want to write a special software which need threads
you can do it thanks to the new plugin mechanism:

But do not ask us to add a THREAD class in our library :-)
