Invalid section on test suite line numbers in test_server reference manual

Hey List,

The parse_transform and macro for adding line numbers has been removed in 2011 [1]. Should the section 'TEST SUITE LINE NUMBERS' [1] on using the parse_transform be removed from be removed? Also, the reference to the line macro in 'TEST SUITE SUPPORT MACROS' should be invalid by now as well.
