Cannot run CT tests multiple times

Dear list,
When I run CT tests multiple times I encounter a bug.

Running this the first 2/3 times will give:

After the 3rd time or so (this happens randomly), I get:

If I delete the directory where the CT logs are stored I can re-run the
command, without issues.

Any ideas?
