That's great.
If I am ever unlucky enough to notice (or more likely,
to think I've noticed) a bug in Erlang, that will be
so far in the future I'll have forgotten this announcement.
I see the bug tracker is announced under NEWS in the
www.erlang.org web page, and that's great too. But in
that distant future, it won't be news any more, and I
will _still_ have forgotten.

So can "Issue Tracker" be a permanent part of
the www.erlang.org page? Perhaps in the nav bar at
the top? Or possibly one step away, among the links?
