should distel use xref?

I reckon a lot of the code in distel that deals with module and function
name completion, and call graph analysis (e.g. "who calls X") could be
shortened significantly and probably be made more robust by using
Erlang's xref module.

Any idea why xref isn't currently used for these tasks?
