connection attempt disallowed error

Hi, I'm try to run Distel against an every time it tries to connect to
the remote node it shows the following error:

"error in process sentinel: Can't handle event closed in state
derl-recv-challenge-ack"

On the remote node, the following error is shown:

=ERROR REPORT==== 8-Mar-2008::23:12:47 ===
** Connection attempt from disallowed node distel@localhost **

This used to work but now it's broken for some reason. I recently
upgraded to R12B (BEAM version 5.6) and I think this may have broken
it.

Any clues?
