Distel and R10B

Hi,

is anyone using distel with R10B? Distel 3.3 won't work with R10B on
Debian sid with the message 'nodedown:
victhor@im\.use\.schlund\.de'. The following is printed on the node's
console: 

=ERROR REPORT==== 20-Oct-2004::16:11:42 ===
** '[email protected]': Connection attempt from node distel_12914@im rejected since it cannot handle extended pids and ports. **

I vaguely remember something about changes in the distribution
protocol. Would this be hard to implement?
