Distel now in the Jungerl

Ahoy!

Distel is now in the Jungerl. This version includes cleanups, new
features, and R10B-0 compatibility (in a cheating way). See the NEWS
file for details and the ChangeLog for more details.

To switch you should checkout from Jungerl and then fix the paths in
your ~/.emacs and ~/.erlang to point to the new directory.

Sorry that I didn't respond to the R10B-related questions some weeks
ago. I changed email addresses and forgot to resubscribe the list so I
didn't know about the problems until Martin told me at EUC :-)

P.S., if you decide to commit changes to Distel in the Jungerl then
please update the ChangeLog and include the relevant part in your
commit messages. Emacs has nice support to help:
