Howdy!

So the version in googlecode today has been a bit broken but hopefully
it's working now. I've only tested in Aquamacs 22 so please let me
know if you have trouble with another Emacs.

I've done some cleanup / bugfix / improvement just now. The best bit
is that now the distel*.beam files are automatically uploaded as
binaries via RPC and don't have to be kept in the code path, so Distel
should be able to connect to any node on any machine without special
setup. (Why didn't we think of this before?) See ChangeLog for other
details.
