Each argument should start its own branch.

Summarise it in the subject line, probably best leave the three letter prefix ...

Each branch should end in one deepest leaf summarising the argument and its impact.

The argument and its impact (weight) should end up in a possible EEP.


(These are mere suggestions, this is WIP, the "should" is not the RFC one.)
