Hipe Support on a Raspberry PI

Hi everybody,

following the advice on
http://erlang.org/pipermail/erlang-questions/2012-April/065891.html by
Kostis concerning the support for additional ARM CPUs I added support for
the ARM v6l CPU which is used in the Raspberry Pi.

My patch only modifies the configure.in file in the erts directory.

Please find the repository here:
git fetch https://github.com/alfert/otp.git armv6l-for-hipe

A build runs smoothly on my Pi (Raspian "wheezy" 7.0).
