The list IIRC was Macro Assemblers, Algol 60, Lisp (1.5), Forth, APL(\360) and Smalltalk. However, I really think Algol 60 could be replaced by FORTRAN without losing much -- there's not much in Algol 60 that isn't in FORTRAN or Lisp 1.5.
