Okadwork.cf file run through cf2html-jg.exe ( by Josh Grams) and using
colorForth-jg.css as the style sheet.

Same file, this time run throught the original cf2html.eve ( IIRC Mark
Slicker ) and using colorforth.css as the style sheet.

At least if you can't run the code, you can read it now.
Also, if you can't run the code but would like things run for you and
out put sent and stuff like that... I wouldn't be opposed to doing
something through skype. You get to drive. :)
