Some documentation pages returning 502 Bad Gateway

Hello,

I'm able to visit some pages on the https://gforth.org/manual/, but other
pages gives me a 502 Bad Gateway.  For example:

https://gforth.org/manual/The-Input-Stream.html
https://gforth.org/manual/Flags-and-Comparisons-Tutorial.html
