gforth differences android vs Linux, help word and colour

Hello

I have gforth on android and noticed a very useful word "help <word>" and
errors are also coloured red.

My main work is done on gforth on linux (mint). The implementation here
does not colourise errors or provide the useful help word.

Is it possible to have the colourisation and the help word on the Linux
Mint Gforth package ?

Apologies if I am asking something dumb, still on a steep learning curve.
