ekey issue with shifted fkeys and possibly others

Hi,

I press Shift-F3 after the ekey here. I deleted some ANSI code leftovers 
before typing out the rest of this.

k-f3 k-shift-mask or  ok 1
. 2415919117  ok

This is on 0.7.9_20260109. This worked fine in 0.7.3.
