I did some testing on the latest gnome-terminal on OpenBSD (-current/snapshots, post-7.9 release, gforth 0.7.9 installed manually). Shift-F1 through F4 all fail to match the constants. Shift-F1 and Shift-F4 return at least sane values; Shift-F2 and Shift-F3 return things not even recognized by ekey (which returns an escape character only, spewing the rest out onto the console or into future calls of ekey). Shift-F5 through Shift-F12 all appear to work as intended (though since F11 is a shortcut for full-screen mode I don't use Shift-F11).

For now I've hacked my code to use Shift-F4 where I used to use Shift-F3.
