goo v0_154 available for download

i've made available a new goo with a C embedding facility. it is 
available from http://www.googoogaga.org along with a new reference 
manual.  the facility is described in the C interface section of the 
manual.  i've also added an opengl example to the goobits section of 
the wiki http://www.googoogaga.org/wiki/index.php/GooBits

let me know if it works for you.

meanwhile, i'm ready to start including suggestions and fixes into the 
next release, so please let me know or remind me.
