Problems with goo CVS?

When I try to get goo via CVS (following the instructions at
http://www.ai.mit.edu/~jrb/goo/wiki/index.php/GooCvs ) this is the
error I get:

    $ cvs -d :pserver:[email protected]:/projects/dynlangs/cvsroot login
    Logging in to :pserver:[email protected]:2401/projects/dynlangs/cvsroot
    CVS password: 
    cvs [login aborted]: connect to
    dynlangcvs.ai.mit.edu(128.52.39.118):2401 failed: Connection refused
