put james knight's masters thesis on www.googoogaga.org

i thought i had uploaded it before, but now it's definitely up there
accessible from the front page.  it reflects some of our thinking on
how to create an extensible parameterized type system for a dynamic
object-oriented language such as goo.  it also introduces the notion
of unification into method dispatch with application to generic
functions as suggested earlier on this list.
