Oops, forgot to mention one thing.  Currently, SamurUI leaves a little
bit of state lying around, so if you try and run multiple SamurUI apps
in sequence in the same running image, you will get that 'mystery'
window phenomenon.  However, if you quit the image between runs, it
won't happen.  But now that you've brought that up I'll try and get
right on addressing that issue.
