I have un-exploded the wiki.  Apparently we have reached the
limitations of gdbm because the stupid thing keeps falling over like a
non-spinning-gyroscope on the 4th of July. In the mind-bogglingly
short term I will be causing it to use a non-sucky database backend,
which might necessitate a URL change (hopefully not).  Reminders of
fallage-overage are appreciated though to make sure I follow through
on that.
