Re: next releases

Okay, I will try to do the 4 & 5 releases tomorrow.

I will be playing with Carl's scripts, so may do a test run - you'll
be able to ignore what look like some of the normal tag creation repo
notifications - once the real release candidates are ready, I'll send
the normal emails to the dev list.
