Groovy 5.1.0 and 6.0.0-beta-2 have been published to snapcraft. They can 
be installed by running the following command. Thanks

For 6.0.0-beta-2: snap install --channel 6.x/beta groovy-lang

For 5.1.0: snap install --channel 5.x/stable groovy-lang
