The *CodeNarc Team* is pleased to announce the release of version *3**.0.0*.

CodeNarc <https://codenarc.org/> is a static analysis tool for Groovy
source code.

Version *3.0.0* requires Groovy 3 and Java 1.8+, and includes lots of bug
