Re: [ANNOUNCE] GMavenPlus 4.0.0

I encountered some error during publishing which caused a broken plugin to
be released (see 314 <https://github.com/groovy/GMavenPlus/issues/314>).
This has been fixed in 4.0.1, which is now released.
