[ANNOUNCE] Agda 2.6.4.2 retracted

The Agda Team is not very pleased to announce that it has to retract 
Agda 2.6.4.2 due to a regression concerning `with`:

   https://github.com/agda/agda/issues/7148

So, please do not install it, wait for the next release.
