Taking over maintenance of hsndfile package

Hello,

I would like to take over the hsndfile package maintenance:
  https://hackage.haskell.org/package/hsndfile

… to merge the following fix and improvement:
  https://github.com/kaoskorobase/hsndfile/pull/24
  https://github.com/kaoskorobase/hsndfile/pull/25

The current maintainer seems inactive on GitHub and not responsive to my
direct mail on June 7. So if that's ok with you, I'd like to make a new
release with the above changes.
I'd be happy to handle further maintenance if needed.
